Hi,

In general, you can build the libraries themselves. Some, like GTK+ are
indeed hard to build with all their dependencies.

I know of at least two Linux distro's that have packages for stuff like
this:

OpenSuse: see
https://build.opensuse.org/project/packages?project=windows%3Amingw%3Awin64&searchtext=gtk

Fedora: both GTK3+
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/acls/name/mingw-gtk3?_csrf_token=1d41b67a6361ed134e33f15c9af59a34f4b375c3and
GTK2
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/acls/name/mingw-gtk2?_csrf_token=1d41b67a6361ed134e33f15c9af59a34f4b375c3

I trust both to work well with the distro's MinGw-w64 cross-compilers.
