Hi,

ld of binutils 2.23.51.20120816 crashed.

But with latest source of binutils, this issue seems to be solved.
Build has succeeded with the following version.

sh-3.1$ ld -V
GNU ld (rubenvb-4.7.1) 2.23.51.20120919
  Supported emulations:
   i386pe
