By the way,
I tried using the MinGW 64-bit that comes with Cygwin, but when I tried to run configure and it tries to check if gcc will compile what I'm trying to, it says it cannot create executables, what can I do? I'm trying to compile libiconv in 64-bit so I can add it as a dependency for a PHP I'm building in 64-bit, but libiconv doesn't support VC anymore and it asks to use MinGW, but MinGW won't work for me. Any ideas? Thanks,
