Well, this might be a bug, or not.  With option --std=gnu++11 it seems
to work for me.
AFAICS is to_string declared in bits/basic_string.h header, but when,
if, and how it gets into std name-space is for me not really
predicatable due I don't want to spent 3 hours to learn about.  feel
free to track it down in the headers and if you find it is an error
report it to gcc bz as general c++ error.
