Hi,

well this ansidecl.h header might not be necessary.  I am actual not
remembering why we added it there.  I would prefer to remove this
include as my gut-feeling tells me that this include is bogus.
Nevertheless we need to do tests for removal.  Otherwise we at least
know and should add a comment to ieeefp.h header, why ansidecl.h is
required here.
