You can work around this by using pch=off when invoking b2/bjam. No need to
recompile GCC.
Also, and this is a more general announcement: since mingw-builds have done
and still are doing such a nice job in providing fast and qualitative
builds of GCC with MinGW-w64 is all kinds of configurations, please use
their excellent binaries:

I see no reason and moreover don't have the will to continue building GCC
myself.
