I think you mentioned http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/hh454890%28v=vs.85%29.aspx to me on IRC. I haven't had the chance to check it yet, will do so in the weekends. Unfortunately "Improved Windows 8 API" doesn't mean "Complete Windows 8 API"
