I'm already provide Qt-builds that I do under MSYS2.
Binary archives you can download here:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/mingwbuilds/files/external-binary-packages/Qt-Builds/
In last archives you can find folder named "ported{32,64}" that contain
precompiled Qt build dependencies.
Also you can create your own build using my scripts for it:
https://github.com/Alexpux/Qt-builds/tree/develop
But for building Qt with ANGLE support you must install Microsoft DirectX
SDK.
