I've discussed with JonY and Kaï a bit on IRC about a JS widget that
would ask a couple question and redirect to the "right" download.

It would be very different from my previous attempt in that it would be
much smaller. Experience and time have shown what currently leads to
questions and in practice it's much smaller than I had thought.

By the way, I've changed the website a bit and renamed some entries in
the navigation column on the left of the website in order to try to
make them more explicit; comments welcome:
- Fedora       -> Fedora Project
- Mingw-builds -> Mingw-builds Project
- Win-builds   -> Win-builds Project
