Use objdump. You'll need to sed its output, obviously, something like this:
objdump -p "filename" | sed -n -e
's/\t\+\([0-9a-f]\+\s\+[0-9a-f]\+\s\+\|DLL Name\)\(\(:
\)\?[A-Za-z_][A-Za-z0-9_]\)/\2/p'

Or you can use ntldd.
