Exactly what Qt did you download. I can't seem to find a MinGW version of
64-bit Qt 4.8.5 on the Qt Project download website.

There shouldn't be a mingw64/opt I think. What package did this come from?
As you see, if everything keeps functioning correctly, you can remove it.
It seems an incompatible version of the libgcc dll was found, and hence the
crash.
