Well, for some reason the xmmintrin.h in 

http://softlayer-dal.dl.sourceforge.net/project/mingw-w64/Toolchains%20targetting%20Win32/Personal%20Builds/mingw-builds/4.8.2/threads-posix/dwarf/i686-4.8.2-release-posix-dwarf-rt_v3-rev0.7z

doesn't seem to be from revision 6346, although buld-info.txt seems to claim 
so. It's definitely missing the patch ...
