Their syntax is not the same as far as I remember so they're not drop-in
replacements and I think the tool from sysinternals cannot be
redistributed without restriction. The 'ln' tool you linked to also has
restrictions because of some libraries it uses.

Since I need to write some more code to handle removal of directory
junctions, these probably won't be needed. I'll try to have a go at that
this week-end.
