I'd like to vote for the separate builds too. I'm especially afraid that having the two toolchains in one package / bin folder could confuse users, and tools like configure. (But I understand as well that creating yet another set of packages for clang might be quite some work for you. A compromise could be shipping clang, but in a separate folder, like 'clang-experimental\bin' or similar ...)
