I'm trying to build PortAudio DLL using mingw64, but it seams that some
headers are incomplete.
As written before: "functiondiscoverykeys_devpkey.h" header is missing at
all in mingw64 and included "ksmedia.h" is incomplete: Vista related stuff
is missing.
At the moment, working headers are available in PortAudio svn trunk
(mingw-include subdirectory), but it seams that they were added incorrectly
in violation of a licence and will be removed soon:

I'd like to know if in the future mingw64 will include
"functiondiscoverykeys_devpkey.h" header and "ksmedia.h" missing Vista
