Identifier conflict. This happens a lot, since W32 uses a lot of
generic names, like "X509_NAME", for macros, and other packages may
use them too.
I stopped building neon some time ago (it was an optional requirement
for something, i forgot what, and now i'm using some other library for
the same purpose).
