It's great to hear from you, I've seen the code for you implementation and
it would be great to have this in mingw-w64.
Mingw-w64 typically places its headers in the public domain with a fallback
to ZPL in countries where this isn't valid.
You can checkout the terms of this in the mingw-w64 repo in the DISCLAIMER
and DISCLAIMER.PD files.
A header would usually just point to this with this at the top
/**
* This file is part of the mingw-w64 runtime package.
* No warranty is given; refer to the file DISCLAIMER within this package.
*/
