This is for vlc,
winsock is now available on windows store.
I actually sent this in back in December and you approved it but I forgot
to apply it :(
vlc is currently building with without setting WINAPI_FAMILY to
WINAPI_FAMILY_APP
The specs file then is dumped and modified to allow winstorecompat and
msvcr110.
I want to move it towards setting WINAPI_FAMILY at compile time, this is
the reason for these patches.
