Can you reproduce on other platforms (e.g. Linux)? If so, it's worth
reporting upstream, otherwise it might be a limitation of your GCC build.
Could you try and see if other MinGW-w64 builds (like TDM, MinGW-builds,
MSYS2, winbuilds, maybe even my old rubenvb builds :P...) show this issue?
