Hello all, v4.0.4 is released! (v4.0.3 had a major bug, therefore skipped)
This release fixes a couple of bugs found in the last release: * Major performance to winpthread mutex and spinlock implementation courtesy of Mattias Engdegård. * tchar.h now included in w32api mode installation.
