Hi,

A few months ago, I migrated the website from a static-content php-based
website to a dokuwiki installation in order to benefit from a newer
theme and ease edits.

This also lifted the previous restriction that only project commiters
could touch the website. Unfortunately, the sum of the server's http,
php and mailer daemon configuration combined with the ones of some mail
servers meant the registration confirmation mail never reached its
target. This seems to have mostly impacted self-hosters who are
unsurprisingly not so uncommon around the project.

I had wanted to find the actual issue but never managed to find the time
to dig properly and I've therefore decided to simply make it possible
for anyone to edit the various pages besides the main page (that will
certainly be possible soon). So far it is still an experiment because of
possible spam edits but only time will tell.

Therefore, you should be able to simply go on http://mingw-w64.org ,
browse to another page and be able to edit what you wish without having
to log in.
