Hi,
Currently intrin.h defines __has_builtin macro for compilers that do not define
it on their own. This can lead to problems for applications
checking for the macro (see e.g. https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-54068).
I also reported this as https://sourceforge.net/p/mingw-w64/bugs/542/ .
Attached is a patch that should mitigate the issue.
