I didn't actually investigate these any closer to see what such a
configure check would consist of and why it has to be done, but just
decided to handle aarch64 in the same way as x86_64 and arm. Feel free to
have a closer look at why this is necessary, what breaks if this condition
is removed, and how to detect it better.
