Sorry for breaking it and thanks for the report. I didn't notice that
__p__acmdln is exported by our libmsvcrt only for i686 (and that's
what I tested the patch on). I'd expect it to be present on other
platforms as well (I will verify that tomorrow when I have an access
to Windows). If that's the case, the attached patch should help.
