1. Huge confusion. IExtractIcon is in -- shlobj_core.h in WinSDK,
shlobjidl.idl in wine, shlobj.h in mingw-w64.
2. Files differ largely between mingw-w64 and wine.
We still may import them, it's just more work. We could make it more
compatible with Windows SDK in Wine if needed. We'd need also to make
sure that by importing we will not lose any declarations and then we can
import them.
BTW, it's shobjidl.idl (without 'l') and it exists in Windows SDK.
