There was some discussion about this [1], without a conclusion. MSYS2 uses the same triplet for both MSVCRT and UCRT.
I thought there was also a proposal in the form `arch-vender-os-abi` like `arm-none-linux-gnueabi`, so we get `x86_64-w64-mingw32-ucrt` in this case, but I have not seen anyone use it ever.
