I noticed a thread on bug-gnulib about fenv changes in mingw-w64
13.0.0. The thread mentions old and new bugs. I cannot help with the
issue itself, but I mentioned the bug-gnulib thread on #mingw-w64 on
2025-06-11. I was asked if Gnulib devs could report the issues to the
mingw-w64-public list. Hopefully the following reply by Bruno Haible on
bug-gnulib helps. It has instructions how to reproduce the issues.
