Yes, this is that local timezone issue about which I wrote in the
yesterday email and proposed a change how to handle it.

I see - sorry for missing that.

But really, it is a lot of manual work to extract inline patch snippets from mail and try to apply them by hand. Unless the patch really was sent by git send-email or something similar that preserves spacing exactly, that kind of inline pasted patch ends up requiring me to manually apply every single change in it, by hand.
