`GetVersion()` and `GetVersionEx()` are documented in Windows Server 2003 SP1 Platform SDK [1], which contains old information up to NT 4.0 and Windows 95.
(Besides, it also provides old compilers, linkers, headers and libraries around 2005, including Itanium support.)
