Hi, I was searching the headers recently, and found that __USE_MINGW_ANSI_STDIO isn't automatically defined for C99/C++11 on UCRT based environments in <_mingw.h>. Also, in many other headers __USE_MINGW_ANSI_STDIO is used together with `|| defined(_UCRT)`. I wonder if there's any _observable_ difference between mingw's stdio implemention and UCRT's. If not, does it mean that __USE_MINGW_ANSI_STDIO is no longer needed to be defined on UCRT based environments (and maybe we can remove the -Wp,-D__USE_MINGW_ANSI_STDIO=1 from MSYS2's default CFLAGS for UCRT64/CLANG64/CLANGARM64)?
