Hi all, I'm sending some patches to the mailing lists in a moment, one of them in particular does absolutely nothing. I do not know how to implement the desired enhancement in that patch (Proper support of delay loaded libraries), so I'm just sending it for now and relying on reviews to figure out how to properly implement it. Just saying this in case anyone is confused by the seemingly pointless patch.
