Please don't include patches about generated files; and there's no need to generate them twice.There are some wording issues. For example in patch 0001 you say 'also removed SECSYSHEAD stuff from Makefile.am and configure.ac.' In order to explain what is being done, you generally want to use present tense or imperative mood.
