I don't understand much how the threading during exception unwinding works and all the magic that's happening with __mingwthr_key_dtor. We should probably cook up a patch for upstream, but it should be done by someone who really understands what's going on here. In any case, I'm going to build mingw32-runtime-3.18 for rawhide shortly.
