I submitted goocanvas2 for new package review yesterday. Similar to the native goocanvas packages, "mingw32-goocanvas" (still missing) would be for gtk2 and "mingw32-goocanvas2" for gtk3. If you still need the gtk2 version, I'd be happy to help you submit it as well.
