i'm testing Home register in MIPL 2.0.
i use UseMnHaIPsec enabled on both HA and MN
ha=3ffe:2::1
hoa=3ffe:2::2
coa=3ffe:4::20c:29ff:fec6:87d7
i use tcpdum to catch the packets on MN, and i get:

and the MN can't finish the HR(the status of BUL is waiting ack) and keep retransmitting the BU(bu_resent),
i doubt it's because the BA is not protected by the ESP , am i right ? and what could be the cause ?
