By definition MIP does not work in a MANET. However, a MANET routing
protocol may work together with MIP.

If node B has address from the B-prefix and default router from that
network, it will not talk to node A directly nor will node A.

How does the MANET protocol work you are using? Basically, MIPv6
detects movement by receiving router advertisements. If your node A
would be sending RAs, node B would configure a new address from
A-prefix.

No. MIP does not work in a MANET as such. The MANET routing protocol
has a way of detecting movement. The routing protocol could tell MIP
when it has to change address, and MIP could ask the routing protocol
for a route to the HA, so it could register with it.

You should read Global Connectivity for IPv6 Mobile Ad Hoc Networks.
