Hi, Yeah, you can use two ETH or any two interfaces you wish to use. For usefulness of the tests, it's probably better to have each interface connected to a different subnet.
In the Mobile IP configuration file (sample available in the link you'd sent), you need to put on interface as your Home and the other as your Foreign. Your Home Agent should be on the same subnet as your Home link. When you bring up an interface, the interface with get assigned a link-local address. This is NOT enough. You need to set your system for IP autoconf. Also, your router demons should be configured to advertise an individual router prefix for each of your domains. This will allow your interfaces to gain a global address. The rest depends on the power of tweaking and trying! :) Cheers mate! [u]
