Hi!

As buraiky said, you have to creat it yourself.
However, a sample file can be found in the "extras"
folder of the MIPl source code. The name of the file
is "example-mn.conf" or example-ha.conf" or
example-cn.conf". Depending on what you want to use
the MIPL for.
