The MIPL howto does include information on the IPsec settings for the
MIPL conf file (see also manpage for mip6d.conf).  Though, you also
need to have IPsec setup separately in addition.  If you haven't
already, install ipsec-tools.  Then, create a setkey.conf.  An example
can be found on the USAGI site ->
http://www.linux-ipv6.org/memo/mipv6/setkey.conf.  Finally, before you
start up MIPL, run `setkey -f /etc/setkey.conf`.
