What a great information! Well, Ubuntu is one of Linux distribution and I
love it. But, I never know the  MIPL package for Ubuntu exists. Thanks for
valuable information.

You may try these if you feel confident. At least they work for me :)

Add the following to your /etc/apt/sources.list:
  deb http://software.nautilus6.org/packages/ubuntu binary/
  deb-src http://software.nautilus6.org/packages/ubuntu source/

Then:
  $ sudo apt-get update
  $ sudo apt-get install linux-headers-2.6-mip6 linux-image-2.6-mip6
mipv6-daemon-umip

Otherwise, any distribution is good.
