hi all,
First I start MIPL without the IPSec in home net,and then use a
udpclient program,which is compiled by myself, communicate with CN.Next I
change the MN to foreign net,the MN will start RO.But the MN will send two
HOTI to CN,one transports in tunnel,the other does not.WHY? And both HOTI
the CN can receive and respond.Can any boby tell me the reason.
