Dear all,

I like to think that Mira is like an elevator: it has its ups and downs, but it
always comes back up!

Alan is continuing to work on Mira, as of this month, and it would be great if
some of our old developers would come back to join him. Mira's code is ripe for
maturity: having pushed the first release, we have the foundations we need to
build it up into a brilliantly useful groupware platform, but we can't do this
alone, and certainly Alan can't. As good as Alan is, the scope of this project
is beyond the capacity of just one developer; we need a thriving team of
committed and skilled contributors to drive this project onwards and upwards.
In other words, we need YOU!

If you have the time and interest to join us again, we would love to have you
back for the next phase of Mira's cycle. Let's hope to release Mira 0.2 before
the next dip - or, better yet, let's eradicate the dormancy altogether! With a
solid, core team of developers, we can do just that. If you're willing to be a
part of that team, all you have to do is press 'Reply'.

My warmest regards to all of you at this time of year. :)

As ever,

Max Bossino
Project Manager
