Hi Max,

There are few things both on the work and family front that gets priority over
my task of the logging module. Please find somebody else to take up the logging
module. I will get back to Mira when things settle down. If I get free time, I
will pick up tasks from the bugs list and work on them.

Sorry that I could not respond to this email promptly.

Cheers,
-Anand.

Subject: [Mira-development] Agenda for tomorrow's meeting

Hi all,

Here is the (basic) agenda for tomorrow's meeting (on Sunday 20th February 2011
at 23:00 UTC):
http://miragroupware.org/wiki/doku.php/development/communication/agendas/110220_biweekly
As usual, please add to it if you know in advance of any topics, in particular,
which you wish to discuss.

The meeting will occur at the following time in your time zone:
http://timeanddate.com/worldclock/meetingdetails.html?year=2011&month=2&day=20&hour=23&min=0&sec=0&p1=179&p2=176&p3=136

Last meeting, on 30th January, we discussed some of the progress that had been
made recently. I would like to propose the following general structure for
future meetings (including tomorrow's):
- For each developer:
  - Discuss the progress made since the last meeting;
  - Determine realistic targets for the two weeks until the next meeting;
  - Work through any development issues or questions that remain outstanding
(i.e. which have not been addressed on the mailing list).

As long as we remain realistic in our targets, I think that this format will
better organise our tasks and will help to drive us forwards with a greater
level of motivation and determination. I hope that it will also encourage more
of our developers to attend the meetings, as they will prove a vital place to
share our own progress and to learn about the recent work of others.

We have already made excellent progress since the version 0.1 release, and a
quick look at the Roadmap and Outstanding Issues shows that we are not far from
the release of version 0.2. There is little more rewarding than seeing our
individual contributions flourish into a new release, so please keep up the
great work!

I look forward to speaking to you tomorrow (about 20 hours from now).

Regards,

Max Bossino
