in-place hack to edit perltoc(1) to display links to all Perl manpages
suitable for man.cgi – must be done like this because only the BSD
wrapper Makefiles know the name→section mapping ☹ also, =item * looks
ugly but tahat’s because ugly Perl uses ugly man(7)…
