Cherry-pick some revisions (marked on top of the files) to support the bge
card in one of my build boxes (a BCM5751). It actually works!
To generate a diff of this changeset, execute the following commands:
cvs -R rdiff -kk -upr1.6 -r1.7 src/sys/dev/pci/if_bge.c
cvs -R rdiff -kk -upr1.2 -r1.3 src/sys/dev/pci/if_bgereg.h
