remove <2kbit moduli, by suggestion from (ok-ish but not very interoperable)
https://stribika.github.io/2015/01/04/secure-secure-shell.html (though
dropping diffie-hellman-group1-sha1 from myproposal.h (and putting kex
stuff into the skeleton sshd_config) is probably sensible we need to
check client interoperability first ☹)
