skip mailbox locks; implement additional sanity checks on the filenames
(underscore is deliberately not allowed as _user is a system user who
should not have a mailbox (but be forwarded) in most cases; the local
admin can always add a whitelist entry; period is deliberately not allowed
as its presence in usernames is daring even though chown uses a colon now)
To generate a diff of this changeset, execute the following commands:
cvs -R rdiff -kk -upr1.24 -r1.25 src/etc/security
