comment on applicability of neighbouring rights (e.g. database law) and
non-applicability of patent law (works under this licence can be e.g.
algorithms, blueprints, or sculptural parts of machines, but not the technical
inventions that make these machines applicable to patent law); explicitly do
not comment on trademark law nor touch it either way to keep it orthogonal
(mostly to permit licencing fanfiction under The MirOS Licence with an added
trademark disclaimer)
