extend xterm(1)’s clipboard capabilities (as much as this version allows us):
• holding Shift while mouse-selecting or -pasting uses CLIPBOARD
(fallback to cutbuffer#1), by default it uses PRIMARY (cutbuffer#0)
• Shift-Insert: Ctrl uses CLIPBOARD/cutbuffer#1, without PRIMARY/cutbuffer#0
unfortunately, this xterm doesn’t hold CLIPBOARD either when the selection
ends, but this is as good as it gets
To generate a diff of this changeset, execute the following commands:
cvs -R rdiff -kk -upr1.25 -r1.26 src/etc/skel/dot.Xresources
