adjust lowercase ‘l’ to be more like Inconsolatazi4varl_qu:
DIN 1450, as suggested by LWN user cm7, indicates a need:
(fixedmisc already handles O vs. 0, 1 vs. I/l, and Farn;
it cannot deal with the blurring/thickening requirements)
